Hi! My name is Jesse, and I’m originally from Yorktown, Virginia. From a young age, I’ve had a deep passion for traveling and connecting with people from all walks of life. My journey has taken me across the globe, introducing me to amazing cultures and unforgettable individuals along the way.
My passion for teaching began during a mission trip to the Dominican Republic, where I helped build a school for children in a local community. That experience was life-changing—it showed me how powerful education can be and sparked a lifelong desire to teach and make meaningful connections.
Since then, I’ve lived and taught in Madrid, Spain, where I became a certified English teacher. I’ve been teaching English—and beginner Spanish—ever since. Language learning, for me, is more than just memorizing grammar rules; it’s about building confidence, forming relationships, and discovering new ways of seeing the world.

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Public Relations from Radford University, which I earned in 2022. In 2024, I completed my Advanced Level 5 TEFL certification through TtMadrid, an accredited language institution in Madrid, Spain. With over 1,000 hours of teaching experience, I’ve worked with students of all ages—from young children to adults well into their professional careers—both in-person and online. My lessons focus on English and beginner Spanish, and I take pride in creating a supportive and dynamic classroom environment where every student can thrive.
